| 摘 要： | 如何制约腐败，并从根本上祛除执政党肌体上的这一毒瘤，是反腐败工作中的关键。制度缺失是滋生权力腐败的根本原因。必须建立严密的权力制约制度、有效的权力监督机制、完善的腐败惩处制度和反腐败教育制度才能从根源上遏止腐败产生的温床。

| Abstract: | How to restrict anti - corruption and drive out corruption in the Communist Party of China is one of the key links. Institutional defect is the root cause of breeding power corruption. It is necessary to establish a strict power restric- tion system, an effective power supervision mechanism, a perfect corruption punishment system and an anti - corruption e- ducation system in order to prevent corruption completely. |
