| 摘 要： | 经济法是否是一部独立的部门法,至今尚无定论。笔者认为经济法是一门公私属性兼有,在量上以公法属性为主,在价值定位上公法属性服从和服务于私法属性,从而有别于民法以私法为其属性和行政法以公法为其属性的部门法。

| Abstract: | Whether economic law is independence is still unsettled.In the author's opinion,economic law has both private and public attribute,but mainly public in quantity.In evaluation,public property submits to and serves attribute,so as to distinguish it from civil law which has private attribute and administrative law which has public attribute. |
