摘    要:在高等教育发展的宏观环境与国内外产学研合作人才培养氛围系统分析的基础上,指出了新经济条件下高等教育理念、体制、模式创新的意义,提出了以主体性教育为中心的产学研结合高素质创新人才培养范式的基本思路、基本框架与实施方法。

Abstract:Through Analysis on macruscopical environment of higher education development and training environment of high-quality innova- tional personnel in the way of combination of industry,school and research,this theses points out the significance of higher education thinking, system and model.The fundamental thinking,structure and implement way of mining high-quality innovational personnel in the way of com- bination of industry,school and research based on subject education theory is put forward in this thesis.
