| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断发展和人们物质精神文化生活水平的不断提高，体育终身化已成为人们的普遍要求。而终身体育行为的形成需要养成锻炼的习惯，并了解相关的健康知识和锻炼的方法。地方院校体育教育过程中应不断提高学生独立锻炼身体的能力，树立终身体育思想，使其养成终身体育行为习惯,为将来参加社会工作奠定良好的身体素质。

| Abstract: | With the development of market economy and the inprorement of people's material and mental live exercising for life have became an imminent need.But shaping the action of exercising for life ask people to make a habit of exercise and know some knowledge about health and ways of exercise during the process of physical eduction teachers should help their students to make the habits of exerciss by themselves.To stand up the idea and to make the habits of exersising for life,so that students will have a good physical for their fature. |
