| 摘 要： | “以德治国”重要思想的提出有其特定的背景和深刻的内涵 ,意义重大而深远 ;“以德治国”方略的实施 ,关键是提高广大社会成员的思想道德素质 ,尤其是青少年学生的思想道德素质。加强和改进学校德育 ,以道德教育作为新的切入点和着力点 ,为推进“以德治国”方略的顺利的实施 ,发挥独特的作用。

| Abstract: | The important thought "governing the country by morality"has been put forward with special background, and deep and far_reaching significance. The key to the implementation of "governing the country by morality" is to enhance morality of the broad masses of the people, especially of the youngsters. The moral education in schools should be strengthened and improved, and it will play its unique role in promoting the smooth implementation of "governing the country by morality" policy. |
