| 摘 要： | 文章结合分析建国前后毛泽东财经干部队伍建设思想的内容，从强调必须培养党政军干部学会做经济工作，纽建全国财经领导机构并为新中国实现国家财政的统一管理完成思想和组织准备。加强财经干部队伍的思想作风教育、纪律教育和业务教育三个方面，探析毛泽东在新中国财经干部队伍建设过程中的作用，以及毛泽东财经干部队伍建设思想的现实意义。

| Abstract: | By analyzing Mao Tsetung's thoughts on financial cadre ranks building,— cadres of the Party,the Government or of the Army learning well to do economic work,establishing leading organs for the national finance and economy and making preparations of thoughts and organizations for the realization of a unified management of national finance,strengthening the cadres' education of ideology,discipline and professional work,this paper probes into Mao's role in the process of financial cadre ranks building of new China and the practical significance of Mao's thoughts. |
