| 摘 要： | 高校办公室的重要职责是为校领导决策提供有效服务，而校领导正确的决策需要有大量准确、可靠的信息作为决策依据。随着社会变革节奏的加快，新情况、新问题的层出不穷，校领导的决策活动对信息的依赖程度越来越高，高校办公室只有不断加强信息化建设，提高信息工作水平，才能为校领导科学决策提供优质服务，才能更好地发挥参谋咨询和助手作用。
