| 摘 要： | 在当前竞争日益激烈的背景下，知识已经成为企业竞争力的源泉，建立企业知识库是企业进一步发展所必需的基础和企业实现持续竞争优势的保证。本文在对企业知识进行分类的基础上，研究了企业知识库的概念、内容及构建和管理的方式。
