| 摘 要： | 随着高校的扩招和贫困学生比例的增大，高校学生的医疗保障问题越来越受到社会的关注。为了使大学生的医疗权益得到更好的保障，2009年4月国家明确将大学生的医疗保障完全纳入了社会医疗保障体系。针对目前大学生医疗保障的现状，国家还应当出台更为细化的具体措施，以期使大学生的医疗保障落到实处。
