| 摘 要： | 本研究总结当下地方本科院校在校企合作过程中的现实状况和存在问题,剖析成因并提出以下推进校企合作深入发展的措施:明确校企双方利益责任,创建校企共荣合作机制;建立校企合作对接、考核机制,完善校企合作管理制度;构建校企融合共同体,创新校企协同育人模式等。

| Abstract: | By summarizing the current situation and existing problems in the process of university-enterprise cooperation,the study analyses the reasons of the status quo,clarifies the interests and responsibilities in universities and enterprises,and establishes the cooperation mechanism for the prosperity of universities and enterprises,sets up the docking and assessment mechanism,improves the management mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation,builds the integrated community,and innovates the collaborative education mode between universities and enterprises,in order to promote in-depth development of university-enterprise cooperation. |
