| 摘 要： | 高校仪器设备作为重要的教育资源,其管理必然受到资源分配规律的影响。本文从缓解资源稀缺矛盾、适应现代产权制度两方面论述了高校仪器设备管理实施有偿使用的必要性;同时,探讨了有偿使用机制改革面临的主要问题和措施。
