| 摘 要： | 西部地区高师新闻实验室的建设总体上比较缓慢，该文以西华师范大学文学院新闻专业为例，总结工作经验，探讨发展思路。文章指出：在高师飞跃性的发展环境中，新闻实验室的建设。必须优化实验课程设置，确定以建设音视频编辑实验室为首的工作重心；必须加强人事制度建设，引进高素质的实验室人才，并抓好基础建设；必须通过建立开放性实验室以及与企业及媒体进行合作的方式，拓展新闻教育的多元性发展方向。

| Abstract: | Construction of the news laboratory of high normal colleges in the western region is relatively slowly developed. Taking news speciality of college of liberal arts of China West Normal University as an example, the article summarizes the working experience and studies the thinking of development. The article points out in the fast development of normal colleges, the construction of the news laboratory needs to make the establishment of experiment course more rational, which needs to focus the work on the laboratory of video; needs to strengthen the personnel system, introduces high-quality laboratory talents, finishes a good job with the basic condition ; and needs to expand the pluralism developing direction of the news educations by setting up the open laboratory and cooperating with enterprise and media. |
