| 摘 要： | 行政指导作为一种新型的行政行为,在政府的宏观调控和社会管理中发挥了重要作用,但应用不当会损害行政相对人的利益。因此,应加强对行政指导行为的监督,要求行政主体承担相应的法律责任,并给予行政相对人相应的法律救济。

| Abstract: | The administration guides as a kind of new-type administrative behavior,has played an important role in the government's macro adjustments and controls and social management,but it is improper to use and will damage the interests of the relative people of the administration.So,should strengthen it to the supervision that the administration guides the behavior and require the administrative subject to bear corresponding legal liability,offer relative corresponding laws of people to the administration to relieve. |
