| 摘 要： | 中国共产党十九大报告显示全面健身已成为国家战略,通过体育运动增强体质越来越得到更普通群众的认可,但是诸如城市马拉松等群众参与的体育运动在快速发展的同时也存在包括“猝死事件”等相应的问题。运用文献资料法、访问调查法等整理并分析若干例马拉松猝死事件,并通过个人角度、商业运作、等对猝死事件进行分析,结论是商业运作不佳缺乏应急措施、城市马拉松文化沉淀不足、个人体质不佳等多方原因引起猝死事件的发生,文章最后以“猝死事件”为基础对国内城市马拉松赛事进行冷思考并对完善城市马拉松赛事及其提高全民运动给出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC shows that comprehensive fitness has become a national strategy. It is more and more recognized by the general public that physical fitness can be enhanced through sports. However, with the rapid development of sports, such as urban marathon, there are also some corresponding problems, such as sudden death. By using the methods of documentation, interview and investigation, this paper sorted out and analyzed several cases of sudden death in marathon, and analyzed the sudden death events from personal point of view, commercial operation and so on. The conclusion was that the sudden death events were caused by many reasons, such as poor commercial operation, lack of emergency measures, insufficient precipitation of urban marathon culture, poor personal physique and so on. Finally, the article took "sudden death incident" as the basis. Based on the cold thinking of domestic urban marathon events, this paper gives corresponding suggestions on improving the urban marathon events and improving the national sports. |
