| 摘 要： | 语义挖掘是一种从非结构化数据中准确地提取有用信息和知识的新兴数据挖掘技术。利用语义挖掘对这些非结构化数据和信息进行智能采集、分析和处理，可以帮助企业快速建立起经济有效的竞争情报流程。本文融合语义挖掘的相关技术来探索竞争情报的智能采集与分析原理，构建了一个基于语义数据挖掘的企业智能竞争情报系统。
