| 摘 要： | 分析了封闭供应链研究现状,提出了绿色农产品封闭化改造的意义。传统的绿色农产品供应链封闭化改造可以分三步走:首先是传统的农产品供应链向现代农产品供应链转型;其次,由现代农产品供应链向现代农产品封闭供应链转型,实施封闭化改造;第三,实现面向流程优化的绿色农产品封闭供应链成本控制,解决绿色农产品终端价格过高、市场难以接受的问题。最后,进行了苏果超市绿色农产品供应链封闭化改造的案例分析。 |

The Method and Application of the Closed Reconstruction of Green Agricultural Product Supply Chain |

| Abstract: | The research status of closed supply chain is analyzed and the importance of reconstructing supply chain closely is presented.There are three steps to make closed reconstruction for the traditional green agricultural product supply chain.First,the traditional green agricultural product supply chain should turn to modern agricultural supply chain.Second,the closed reconstruction should be executed on modern agricultural supply chain.Third,cost control based on the process reengineering is achieved in order to solve the problem that the price of green agricultural product is too high to be accepted by the market.At last,the case of SUGUO supermarket is given to explain the detailed process for the closed reconstruction of green agricultural product supply chain. |
