| 摘 要： | 高等学校特殊学生群体的教育和管理,是高等教育事业面临的困难和挑战,也是学生工作的重要内容之一。为了更加完善高校学生管理工作,本文通过问卷（调查）和结合工作经验,针对不同类型特殊学生群体提出相应的教育管理对策和有效性服务等问题。

| Abstract: | In colleges,the education and management of special students group is not only the difficulty and challenge to higher education career,but also an important part of student work.In order to better improve college students＇ management work.,based on questionnaire and work experience,this paper puts forward corresponding educational management countermeasure and effective service according to different special students groups. |
