| Abstract: | Collective receiving and paying system of national treasury is the modern administrative system with single treasury accounting system as its base,and with treasury centralized receiving and paying as its chief form.This essay discusses centralized receiving and paying system in universities and colleges at present in the following aspects:its significance,reforming supplementary measures,reforming requirements,and its implementation advantages. |
