| 摘 要： | 开放大学建设作为国家深化教育领域综合改革的一项重大举措,信息技术与教育教学的深度融合是其创新发展的重要内涵。依据这一目标,开放大学要着重对一体化综合应用平台创新架构、适应全网教育的"云教室"系统架构、基于泛在学习模式的移动学习系统以及虚拟实验实训教学及管理系统与集成系统,进行规划设计,突破建设重点、难点问题。

| Abstract: | The construction of Open University is a major act on promoting comprehensive reform of educational field in our country. The profound integration of information technology and education teaching is the important connotation of innovation and development. In accordance with this subject, Open University should focus on the design of the integrated application platform innovation and architecture, Cloud classroom system framework adapted to complete online education, U-learning based mobile learning system, and the virtual experimental and teaching management system and integration system, in order to break through the importantand difficult issues. |
