| 摘 要： | 政治文化包括政治思想、政治心理、政治价值三个层次。中国特色社会主义政治文化是以马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想为主导,以民主法治观念为核心内容,以人为本、以社会主义为基本价值取向的公民政治文化,是将马克思主义、中国传统政治文化精髓、西方政治文明的先进成果与中国的现实国情和时代精神结合起来的社会主义新型政治文化。

| Abstract: | Political culture includes three parts: political thought,political mentality and political value.Socialist political culture with Chinese characteristics is a civil political culture which takes Marxism,Mao Tse-tung Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "three represents" theory as a leading factor,the concept of democracy and rule of law as core content and the people-oriented socialism as fundamental value.It is a new model of socialist political culture to combine Marxism,the essence of Chinese traditional political culture and the advanced achievement of western political civilization with China's realities and the spirit of the times. |
