| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代末期以来,随着文化上的新保守主义的风行,"五四"新文化运动的历史价值受到部分学者的质疑。出于新启蒙主义和新保守主义文化立场的学者,围绕对"五四"的历史价值评判,各执一端,针锋相对地对20世纪中国的激进与保守两股文化思潮的历史功过进行了阐发。对"五四"的重评,包含了学术界诊断中国历史文化症结和引导当下文化走向的强烈诉求;体现了在全球化时代学术界对如何化解启蒙与保守、西化与民族化之间的间隔,以及寻求中国式现代化之路的意见分歧。

| Abstract: | Since the end of 1980s,with the popularization of New Conservatism in culture,the historical value of the May 4th New Culture Movement has been questioned by some scholars.Scholars with different cultural stands of new enlightenment and new conservatism held totally different views to interpret the merits and demerits of the two mainstreams of radicalism and conservatism in the 20th century.The re-evaluation of the May 4th Movement involves a strong appeal to diagnosing the problems of Chinese history and culture and guiding the orientation of contemporary culture and indicates the disparities in the academic world concerning how to deal with the problems of enlightenment and conservatism,foreignization and localization as well as the approach to realization of Chinese modernization. |
