高职教师教学自我监控能力的培养策略

摘    要:教学自我监控能力是教师在教学的全过程中,积极、主动地对教学活动进行计划、检查、评价、反馈、控制和调节的能力。言语自我指导理论、社会认知理论、认知建构理论为培养高职教师教学监控能力提供了理论基础,可通过激发教师从事职业教育工作的内在动机、增强教师的自我意识、提高教师的教学效能感和掌握和运用教学策略的水平、有效地运用教学监控的方法技术等策略提高教师教学自我监控能力。

Abstract:Teaching self-monitoring ability is the ability which teachers actively and initiatively take plan,inspection,evaluation,feedback,and control and regulation capacity for teaching activities in the whole teaching process.Theory of self-directed speech,social cognitive theory and cognition construction theory provide theoretical basis for training teaching self-control ability to vocational teachers.There are some training strategies to improve teaching self-control ability,such as stimulating the intrinsic work motivation,enhancing self-awareness of teachers,improving teaching efficacy,mastering and applying the level of teaching strategies and effectively using of teaching methods and techniques.
