| 摘 要： | 都市旅游为推进城市现代化起到了积极的作用。已成为城市竞争力的重要组成部分。把城市建设与都市旅游结合起来，寻求二者的共同点，既促进都市旅游的发展，又有利于现代城市的建设。通过对重庆市发展建设和旅游开发条件的分析，从理论和实际结合上探寻重庆“山水城市”建设与都市旅游资源开发的结合点，实现城市建设和旅游发展的双赢。

| Abstract: | Urban tourism, an important part of a city＇s competitive power, plays an important role in urban modernization. The combination of urban construction and tourism will not only promote urban tourism, but also benefit urban construction. Through the analysis of Chongqing development construction and tourism development condition, this paper explores theoretically and practically the approach to combining Chongqing ＂mountain-river-city＂ construction with the development of urban tourism resources so as to achieve the win-win effect of urban construction and tourism development. |
