| 摘 要： | 本文对消防指挥专业教育现状进行分析,对快速发展的社会需求及消防职责任务的不断加重,消防指挥专业人才毕业后的第一任职面临的一些问题进行阐述,就如何培养出基层部队急需的实用型的消防指挥专业人才,从管理体制、管理制度改革方面提出几点建议,供同行商榷。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the fire fighting command professional education present situation analysis,to the rapid development of the social needs and fire fighting duties and tasks of increasing,the fire fighting command professional after graduating from the first position facing some problems,how to cultivate grass-roots unit is badly in need of practical fire commanding professionals,from management system,management system reform to put forward some suggestions,offer deliberate of person of the same trade. |
