| 摘 要： | 融资能力、财务风险与企业增长之间有着密切的关系。融资能力是企业增长的财务驱动因素,而财务风险是企业增长的制衡因素。因此,企业应采用构建动态财务规划系统、优化融资结构与财务资源配置、建立财务预警系统等策略来实现企业价值可持续增长的管理目标。

| Abstract: | the relationship among financing capability,financial risks and business growth is very close.Financing capability is the financial driver of business growth,while financial risk is the balance factors of business growth.So enterprise should establish dynamic financial planning system,optimize financing structure and financial resources allocation,and establish financial early-warning system to achieve sustainable growth of enterprise value. |
