| 摘 要： | 文章首先从高校图书馆信息资源的闲置与企业信息资源稀缺的现象出发,分析了二者实现合作的可行性,然后从知识匹配性、参与制定知识管理战略、有效控制企业内外知识流、识别知识资源与确定核心领域、系统实现知识管理方案并进行有效监管五个方面对高校图书馆进入企业开展知识管理的路径进行了详细阐述,希望对高校图书馆的社会服务提供一些意见。

| Abstract: | Based on the phenomenon that the information resources of university libraries are idle while the resources in enterprises are scarce,the article first analyzes the feasibility of achieving cooperation between the university library and enterprises,and then elaborates the ways how the resources of the university libraries enter the knowledge management of enterprises from the knowledge matching,making strategies of knowledge management,effectively controlling the internal and external knowledge flows,identifying knowledge resources and determining core areas of knowledge,and formulating plans for knowledge management and effectively supervising and managing the implementation,aiming at providing some advices for social services of the university libraries. |
