| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于原材料价格、人工成本的快速上涨,欧债、美债危机带来的巨大影响,总需求的增长速度超出经济潜在生产能力等多种原因形成了通货膨胀,特别是政府连续提高存贷款利率和存款准备金率,使中小企业融资更加困难。如何强化企业财务管理,特别是财务筹资管理,成为摆在中小企业面前的迫切问题。
