| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展及工业化与城市化进程的不断推进,农村劳动力正快速向城市转移,农民工群体数量急剧膨胀,带来的各种社会问题日益尖锐。为帮助农民工寻求职业提升,本文从社会资本的角度出发,调研农民工社会资本的结构及社会资本深度现状,探究农民工社会资本的缺陷,为农民工群体职业提升提出建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapidly development of economy and industrialization and urbanization in our country, the transfer of rural labor to urban is becoming booming. Because of the larger number of migrant workers, there has been an increasing number of social problems. To help migrant workers seeking career advancement, this paper from the perspective of social capital departure and making a depth of an investigation into the structure of migrant workers’ social capital, and ifnally make some profession promotion recommendations for migrant workers. |
