| 摘 要： | 常州区域经济正在转型升级,大力发展十大产业链,急需产业人才支撑。常州高职教育园区各院校正在大力推进专业群建设,急需行业支撑。虽然双方表面上彼此匹配,但匹配程度不高,尤其是面对产业链的快速发展,面对新兴产业链的专业群建设严重滞后。本文在对专业群与产业链的适应性分析的基础上,探讨了专业群与产业链的耦合机制与路径。

| Abstract: | The industrial transformation and upgrading of Changzhou is right on the way, it focus on ten industrial chains, it needs lots of high-skilled talents. Changzhou Higher Vocational Education District now focus on the construction of specialty group, it needs the industries to join in. Though the structure of specialty group seems to match the regional industry structure, the matching degree is not enough, especially facing the rapid development of the new industrial chain. On the basis of the adaption analysis between specialty group and industrial chain, the essay discusses the coupling mechanism and the ways of both parties. |
