| 摘 要： | 服务贸易作为经济发展的发动机 ,受到各国的普遍重视 ,体育作为服务贸易的组成部分 ,对经济的推动作用不可限量。在我国加入WTO的今天 ,了解服务贸易总协定 (简称GATS)的规则和要求 ,及其与体育的关系将变得越来越重要。从GATS的视角分析我国体育目前所具有的优势、不足及应做的准备 ,希望为今后更多学者的研究抛砖引玉。

| Abstract: | Trade in Services which is known as 'the engine of the economic development' is paid great attentions all over the world. Sport, part of the Trade in Services, is very important in the promotion of the economic. Nowadays, China has entered into the WTO so acquainting the rules and requirements of the GATS (General Agreement on Trade in Services) and dealing well with the Chinese sport and GATS is becoming more and more important. The authors of this article try to analyze the advantages and weaknesses that Chinese Sport has possessed when faced the GATS and to hope that this article could offer a few commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that more scholars may come up with valuable opinions. |
