| Abstract: | The article describes peculiarities of implementation and major differences in network educational programs, currently introduced in Russia. It presents a general typology of models and forms for implementing interaction between educational institutions of Russia, including teacher institutes and federal universities, as well as a typology of educational programs implemented in network form. Besides, it examines a case of a network master's program in Information and Computer Science at one of Russia's regional universities. |
