适应试讲和说课技能训练的微格教学改进模式

摘    要:试讲和说课是教师应聘的主要环节。由于试讲和说课与微格教学有着极其相似的课堂情境,所以可用微格教学的方式对师范生进行试讲和说课技能的培训。在几年的培训实践中,我们逐步对常规微格教学各操作步骤作了相应的改进,初步建立了适应试讲和说课技能训练的微格教学新模式。

Abstract:Tryout teaching and classroom teaching are two primary links in competition for jobs as a teacher. Because tryout teaching and classroom teaching have the similar classroom condition with microteaching, we can give the students of pedagogic colleges the training of the tryout and classroom teaching skills. In our years of training practice, we step by step improved every operating procedure of conventional Microteaching, and basically established a new Microteaching pattern of getting used to the training of the tryout teaching and classroom teaching skills.
