| 摘 要： | 晚清时期，有识之士在愤慨于帝国主义侵略的同时，也对清政府的无能感到失望和痛恨，革除弊政，实现政治变革成为时代共识。在西方现代民族理论的指导下，人们痛斥满族统治者对汉族的压制与歧视，并叙说历史上和现实中清政府统治的残暴和无能，对其合法性产生质疑。同时，在文化和民族情感层面上，体现出对汉民族悠久文化传统的深深眷恋，以及对民族历史人物的崇敬与追忆，企图以此来重建以汉民族为主体的历史叙事，实现“国史”的重构。
