| Abstract: | It is an important task for the grass-root level organization construction of the Party to recruit Party members among college students. Recruitment of Party members among students calls for the emancipation of the mind, advancing with the times, advocating scientific views of quantity and quality and constructing a new platform for a harmonious unity of quantity and quality. Party construction workers should not only introduce students into the Party, but also control the quality of new recruits. |
