| 摘 要： | 教师的专业素质作为教师专业化发展的一个重要方面,应当受到教师自身、学校管理者、教育部门的重视。调查发现:教师专业素质在专业知识、专业技能、专业态度等方面存在问题,应从职前培训、在职教育培训和师德建设来提升职业院校教师专业素质。
