| 摘 要： | 就学习型党组织的本义而言,不仅包括狭义的学习机制的建立,更包括了内部竞争机制与外部开放机制的有效建立。本文正是基于这一视角,从学习型党组织创建的学习机制、竞争机制、开放机制三个维度具体探讨了学习型党组织的创建。
