档案学本科生专业课程教学方法满意度影响因素探究——以湖北大学档案学专业为例

摘    要:教学方法是教学过程的重要组成部分,是联系教师教和学生学的重要纽带,对于提升教学效果和质量具有关键作用。对24位湖北大学档案学本科生进行了半结构化深度访谈,运用扎根理论对访谈内容进行三级编码,归纳概括出档案学本科生专业课程教学方法满意度影响因素,包括课程、教师、学生和环境四个维度,并探究四个维度间的关系,构建了影响因素模型。基于这些影响因素结合教育学相关理论,为改进档案学本科专业课程的教学方法提出了相应建议,期望为高校档案学本科专业课程教学质量的提高提供可行思路和一定参考。

Abstract:Teaching method is an important part of the teaching process and an important link between teachers'teaching and students'learning.It plays a key role in improving the teaching effect and quality.This paper conducted a semi-structured in-depth interview with 24 undergraduate students of Archival Science in Hubei University.The content of the interview was coded in three levels by using grounded theory.The influencing factors of satisfaction of teaching methods of professional courses for undergraduates of archival science were summarized,including curriculum,teachers,students and environment.The relationship among the four dimensions was explored and the influencing factor model was constructed.Based on these influencing factors,combined with the relevant theories of education,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the teaching methods of undergraduate professional courses of archival science,hoping to provide feasible ideas and certain references for improving the teaching quality of undergraduate professional courses of Archival Science in Colleges and universities.
