微媒体环境下档案信息传播风险及防范策略研究

摘    要:目的/意义]微媒体作为一种新兴的传播媒介,具有简短、微小、精确的传播特征,在为档案信息传播工作带来发展机遇的同时,也造成了多样化的传播风险,亟待规制。过程/方法]首先阐释微媒体环境下档案信息的传播特征,同时从传播源、传播内容、传播媒介、传播受众等方面系统梳理档案信息微传播所面临的风险。结果/结论]结合档案信息传播内外部环境提出风险应对策略,即提升传播主体的专业素养、加强传播技术的安全性与稳定性、深化微媒体平台运维制度建设、健全微媒体传播的监督监管体系。

Abstract:Purpose/Significance]As an emerging communication medium,micromedia has short,small,and precise communication characteristics.While it brings development opportunities for archive information communication,it also creates diversified communication risks,which urgently need to be regulated.Method/Process]This article first explains the characteristics of archival information dissemination in a micro-media environment.At the same time,it systematically sorts out the risks faced by archival information micro-dissemination from the aspects of dissemination source,content,media,and audience.Result/Conclusion]Combining the internal and external environment of archives information dissemination,it proposes countermeasures from the four aspects:improving the professional quality of the communication subject,strengthening the security and stability of the communication technology,deepening the construction of the micro media platform operation and maintenance system,and perfecting the supervision and supervision system of the micro-media communication.
