| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术普及,人们普遍接受了以电子文件形式处理日常事务的工作方式,并且这种办公方式越来越常态化。在可以预见的未来,电子文件将成为传承人类记忆的重要工具。目前,我国电子文件发展正面临从双轨制向单轨制过渡的关键阶段。因而笔者拟将电子文件证据地位作为切入点,剖析我国电子文件证据效力研究现状,指出阻滞电子文件法律证据效力发挥作用的影响因素,从管理角度提出相应措施,以期使电子文件管理制度变革不再有后顾之忧。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of computer technology,people generally accept the working mode of dealing with daily affairs in the form of electronic documents,and this office mode is becoming more and more normalized.In the foreseeable future,electronic documents will become an important tool to inherit human memory.At present,the development of electronic records in China is facing a critical stage of transition from dual track system to single track system.Therefore,the author intends to take the status of electronic document evidence as the breakthrough point,to analyze the research status of electronic document evidence in China,point out the influencing factors that hinder the effectiveness of electronic document legal evidence,and put forward corresponding measures from the perspective of management,so as to make the reform of electronic document management system no longer have worries. |
