| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计、逻辑分析法对高职院校学生运动损伤进行调查,并对损伤在运动项目上的分布、损伤性质及损伤原因作了重点分析,同时对其预防措施进行了探讨,希望发现运动损伤的特点,使大学生掌握预防运动损伤的有效办法,从而提高锻炼效果,并为以后公共体育教学工作提供新的视角和方法,这是本研究的价值所在。

| Abstract: | Using means of literature data,questionnaire survey,data statistics,logic analysis to investigate on higher vocational college students sports injury,and the distribution characteristics and the cause of trauma are analyzed,and the preventive measures are discussed,hoping to discover the characteristics of sports injuries,so that students master the prevention sport injury and effective way,to improve the effect of training,and to provide a new perspective and method for the subsequent public sports teaching,it is the value of this research. |
