| 摘 要： | 地方多科性大学机械专业人才培养改革的主要意义:针对学生就业岗位与就业意愿实际变化的情况,提出多层次培养目标,并由此调整教学内容、教学模式和考核评价方式等,最大限度地使机械专业建设主动适应区域和国家装备制造产业发展对多层次人才的需求,最大限度地满足学生个性化发展的需求,在精英教育与大众化教育中找到平衡。

| Abstract: | The main significance of personnel training reforms of Mechanical Specialty of Local Multiversity lies in the multi-level training objectives for the actual changes student jobs and employment. By adjusting the teaching content, teaching models and assessment and evaluation methods, which will urge the construction of machinery can actively adapt to the development of regional and national equipment manufacturing industry demand for multi-level talent furthest, to meet students’ individual development needs furthest, to find a balance in elite education and popular education. |
