| 摘 要： | 办学特色是高等学校提高核心竞争力的基本条件，是每一所高校必须正视的问题。对于地方综合性大学来说，办学特色是实现学校跨越式发展的必然选择。地方综合性大学的办学特色可以体现在多个不同层面，办学理念、办学目标、学科建设和人才培养是地方综合大学特色办学的集中体现。

| Abstract: | The characteristic is the primary condition that an institution of higher education improves the key competitiveness to run a school, it is the question that every university must face . To local comprehensive university , the characteristic is an inevitable choice of realizing the great-leap-forward development of the school to run a school. The characteristic of running a school of the local comprehensive university can embody in a lot of different aspects , run a school idea , run a school goal , discipline construction and personnel training local university concentrated reflection that characteristic run a school. |
