谈配电网管理中GIS的应用

摘    要:我国配电网络的分布范围很广,整体发展较慢,随着市场经济的发展,用电需求与现有配电网络的矛盾十分突出。因而,对城乡配电网络的改造成为国民经济发展的重要一环。根据发达国家电力发展经验和我国一部分先进地区的试用来看,配电地理信息系统GIS是改造我国城乡配电网的有力工具。本文结合当前配电管理存在的主要问题和GIS的特点,详细介绍了配电网管理中GIS系统的应用。

Abstract:The distribution network of China is very broad, and overall development is slow. With the development of market economy, the contradiction between demand for electricity and the existing distribution network is very conspicuous. Thus, the transformation of urban and rural distribution network has become an important part of national economy development. According to the power development experience of developed countries and the trial run of some advanced areas in our country, the Distribution Geographic Information System GIS is a powerful tool for transformation of urban and rural distribution network of our country. In this paper, based on the major issues of current distribution management and the characteristics of GIS, the GIS system applications in distribution network management are presented in detail.
