摘    要:实践取向是当前教师培训的一个重要趋势。改变传统教师培训"三中心"的授受模式,让参训者走进中小学真实的教育现场、构建研修共同体、走近实践者、对话名师名校长,是情境学习理念和方法在教师培训模式改革与创新中的重要体现,凸显了现代教师培训所追求的实践性、针对性和实效性。

Abstract:Practice-oriented is an important trend of the current teacher training.Situated learning theory provides many inspirations and support methods for the trend.To change the traditional teachers’ training model of "three centers",allowing participants to enter education field,to construct the learning community of teachers,to approach the practice,to dialogue with the star teachers and famous principals is an important embodiment of the basic concepts and methods of situated learning in the teacher training model of reform and innovation,which highlights the pursuit of practicalness,relevance,effectiveness,and on-the-spot of current teacher training.
