摘    要:在社会学关于人与社会的研究中,角色理论一直以来都占有重要的地位。从阐释角色理论及其相关概念入手,在分析教学与科研矛盾的基础上,对研究型大学教师结构从角色领会、角色扮演和角色调适三方面进行讨论,有助于优化教师结构,充分调动教师工作积极性,推动学校教学、科研工作良性发展。

Abstract:About the study on human and society in sociology, role theory has been playing an important role. This paper begins from the explanation of the Role Theories and the correlative concepts, on the basis of analyzing the conflict of teaching and scientific research, and talks about the teachers structure from three aspects, role - understanding, role - playing and role - adjusting, Which is helpful for the optimization of the teachers structure in Research Universities.
