| 摘 要： | 基本形成区域协调互动发展机制和主体功能区布局,是十七大对区域经济社会发展的要求,是落实科学发展观的具体体现.为了促进区域经济协调互动,必须清除当前我国生产要素跨区域流动存在的障碍,加快形成有利于生产要素跨区域流动的市场、合作、互助、扶持等机制和途径.
