| 摘 要： | 在界定企业社会资本内涵的基础上,对企业结构维社会资本、关系维社会资本及认知维社会资本间的互动关系进行剖析,从创新观念、创新资源及整合能力3个方面探究企业3个维度社会资本对企业技术创新的影响机理,并提出社会资本视角下企业技术创新能力提升的路径,为企业利用社会资本增强自身创新能力提供参考和建议。

| Abstract: | With the intensification of global economic competition , social capital factors play a role in the process of enterprise innovation become more prominent . In this paper , on the basis of defined corporate social capital connotation , the enterprise structural dimension of social capital , the interaction between the relational dimension of social capital and cognitive dimension of social capital to analyze .Then explore innovative ideas , innovative resources and the ability to integrate the three aspects three dimensions of social capital on enterprise technology innovation mechanism and put forward path of enterprise Technology innovation Capability perspective of Social Capital , in order to provide references and suggestions for enterprise use of social capital to enhance their ability to innovate .#$NL Keywords: social capital ; technological innovation ; impact mechanism |
