| 摘 要： | 为了培养能够从事公共事务管理工作的复合型、应用型人才，公共事业管理专业必须根据需要，构建符合专业特色的实训体系。通过对公共事业管理专业实训教学体系建设中相关问题的论述，结合高职的教学实践，初步探索了如何构建高职高专公共事业管理专业的实训教学体系。

| Abstract: | To raise the multi-skill,the application talented person,the non-profit organization specialty must construct a reality teaching system according to the need which can conform the eructation level and the specialized characteristic.Through the elaborations on the construction of reality teaching system,connecting author's teaching practice.The author manages to initially research how to build up the reality teaching system of non-profit organization. |
