| 摘 要： | 羊水栓塞为产科急症,可并发DIC引起产后出血。术前应常规备血以抢救失血性休克;当出血较多时可输血浆或冷沉淀纠正凝血因子的缺乏以及时抢救患者的生命。

| Abstract: | Amniotic embolism is a type of maternity emergency,which may be supervened with DIC and thus re-sult in postpartum hemorrhage.So regularly proper blood should be prepared before operation in order to treat hemor-rhagic shock.When loss of blood is severe,plasma or cryoprecipitation could be transfused to rectify the lack of blood clotting factor and save patients＇ lives. |
