| 摘 要： | 积极推进国有企业的改革，脱楞和发展，是当前经济战线继续扩大内需，实施积极财政政策的一项重要工作。企业管理创新反映了当前企业“三改一加强”的新要求，也是当前国际企业管理的新趋势。本针对目前国有企业的管理现状进行了分析，强调管理不断创新是企业管理的必然趋势，创业发展呼唤着企业管理的创新，管理创新是国有企业的振兴之路。
